JUNKYARD
HOMESCHOOL STRONG

FITNESS. CONFIDENCE. COMMUNITY.

A structured physical education program designed specifically for homeschool students.

Kids build strength, coordination, conditioning and confidence through age-appropriate physical challenges—while getting the opportunity to train, work together and build friendships with other homeschool students.

This is a fitness and physical development program—not a martial arts class.

PE SHOULD BUILD MORE THAN A SWEAT.

Physical education should help kids learn how to use their bodies—not just keep them busy.

Homeschool Strong gives students structured opportunities to develop strength, coordination, endurance and confidence while learning to work with others and tackle physical challenges.

💪 STRENGTH

Kids develop age-appropriate strength through bodyweight movements, carries, resistance exercises and other functional challenges.

The goal is a stronger, more capable body—not lifting the most weight.

🏃 FITNESS & ENDURANCE

Running, circuits, games and conditioning challenges improve cardiovascular fitness and work capacity while teaching kids how to pace themselves and keep working when they're tired.

⚡ COORDINATION & ATHLETICISM

Jumping, throwing, catching, crawling, changing direction and other athletic movements develop balance, agility, spatial awareness and overall physical literacy.

🧠 CONFIDENCE THROUGH CHALLENGE

We give students things they may not immediately be good at.

They get opportunities to struggle, practice, improve and eventually experience:

“I couldn't do that before. Now I can.”

🤝 TEAMWORK & COMMUNITY

Homeschooling can provide tremendous educational flexibility, but parents often have to intentionally create opportunities for regular peer interaction.

Homeschool Strong gives students another place to work together, encourage each other, make friends and belong to a group.

STRONG KIDS AREN'T JUST STRONGER.
They're more comfortable moving, more willing to try difficult things and more confident in what their bodies can do.
